Defined by its rugged aesthetics—minimal color, rough materials, bold typography, and neutral earth tones, striking art direction —it embodies modern manliness, emphasizing cooking as an essential survival skill while promoting self-accomplishment and personal growth.

The content is organized with a straightforward approach, featuring three menu structures: one by time, one by need, and one by ingredient. This ensures clarity and efficiency, making the culinary journey less daunting and more satisfying with practical advice, tips, and humor.

Le Male Nourrit stands as a practical, no-nonsense “culinary guide” tailored to modern men's changing needs, blending aesthetics and functionality to offer a cohesive and user-friendly experience. The title, translating to "The Male Nourishes," carries a dual meaning. It addresses the "malnutrition" of social norms in Lebanon - cooking is often viewed as a “feminine activity”. - This cookbook challenges that perception, asserting that this survival skill transcends gender. Secondly, it refers to the act of nourishing, highlighting a perception of masculinity that embraces the provider role, both for oneself and others, promoting strength and independence.
